who I am
Born and raised in Los Angeles, moved around the US as an adult but always felt the connection to my Californian upbringing. Now moonlighting as a Française, living in Paris since 2017.
I place emphasis on the sense of beauty in artistry over excessive commerciality, all while navigating the visual components that play into a creative and entrepreneurially minded industry. I approach projects in a way that is able to prioritize the aesthetic and art of a brand without compromising the core values and marketing communications.

what it means
Casillas is the maiden name of my mother and is rooted in my identity. It’s shaped my creative aesthetic by growing up in a Mexican American culture in southern California. Inspired by nature, architecture, culture and curiosity, my creative approach is reminiscent of a neutral but strong presence. I’m drawn to contrast and balance. All while being mindful, present, open and aware of culture and current lifestyle shifts.
